I am a Program Advisor for grades 8 to 12, including Adult Learners. I have been with SCIDES since 1992 and have seen many exciting changes over the years. In addition, I am the Science Supervising Teacher and the Teacher for Science and Technology 11 (both online and print).
My post secondary education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree and my Teacher Training from the University of BC and my Master of Rural Education from James Cook University in Australia.
My teaching career began as a high school science teacher. I then spent a few years teaching a variety of courses including, Home Economics 8 – 12; Life Skills; Grade 7; and elementary Resource/Special Education. |
